Kongregate is a website that hosts flash games submit by the users. The difference from most of this kind of websites is that it has several community tools for the developers and gamers to collaborate and interact. Right next to the game there is a chat room with all the online players and the users can comment, tag, rate and fav every game. Users also have their own rating based on the contributes they give to the community and developers. Each weak special challenges are given to the users in the exchange of points and other bonuses. Challenges usually include achieving a certain number of points or goals on a specific game.

But Kongregate also focus on the developers. There are weakly and monthly contests with money prizes for the best rated games. And the developers also are include on a revenue share program where they get a share from the revenue of the ads on the website. A good way to keep the flow of good games coming.
